Hardcore but calculated risk-taking is key. I always hold down the right arrow key before the start of a map; you go right most of the time in this game. Sometimes you have to react fast to avoid dying with that approach, though.
The quality of the run of the mill player is kind of sad. Needs more of the high caliber FRCF racing.
True, but this can sometimes lead to hilarity. The game isn't as fun when everyone wins. Only thing is shamans need to be better at doing their shit but you become shaman so rarely it's hard to be good. Really the best thing to do is to join an empty room by typing "/room [mash keyboard here]" and dicking around for a while or so getting used to the controls.
I'm complaining about my skills, I shaman fine. I just wish more people were better competition. It's down to random people that were playing before Kotaku broke it and us. Also, 2 anvil snakes on that one level makes death happen damn quick.
I spend about a week doing nothing but playing Transformice, and then I come in here and... post in a thread about Transformice. This is not healthy behavior. Oh well, the game is awesome and mental health is overrated.
Also, some wise ass made a "how to play shaman" guide. I hear that he usually sticks to en2, the classiest of the English servers.

I just popped back in a lil while ago, and just all around screwed up summoning things. I couldn't remember which hinge to use. :P
My opinion is that it isn't cheating as long as it doesn't mess with the Flash application itself.

This is pretty much exactly how I imagine the mice that get launched off the top of the screen.
