I just picked up this game today. Yes I am several months late on the bandwagon... Does anyone have any critical advice before I start the game?

    When you get to the atrium bit, where you have to kill the Necromorphs who are spewing icky gas all over, buy some goddamn ammo before you finish the stage. I quit at that boss character because I didn't have enough.
