I only seen 4 episodes, it's like a bad copy of utena that got messed up so they added gundams to "fix" it.

    Pretty much. I think its less about adding robots to fix it, though, as it is that the anime gives every indication of being designed by a comittee.

    "Lets see, if we combine lesbians and giant robots we're hitting two important demographics."
    "I think mikos are hot, lets add them too."
    "There needs to be manga-ka in this too"
    "Then why not a voice actress"
    "There has to be a male love interest too or we may loose some viewers"
    etc. etc.

    In retrospect, there would have been far better uses of my time than watching that.

    Don't forget the rose garden and that the main character is name Himemiya.
