The Logan's Run remake.

Originally scheduled for 2012, this remake is now coming to theaters in November.

    this isn't really a remake, but it does look very interesting. Sadly they put the entire movie in that trailer so there is no reason to ever go see it.

    But on its own merits it looks like a fun movie. I'd see it.

    The key difference that separates it from Logan's Run is that it lacks the Paranoia / Tezuka's Phoenix Future scenario of living in an underground enclosed city. That's what gives you the terrible secret of earth mystery of wondering what is outside of the city. It also gives you that Wizard of Oz scene when the main character inevitably goes outside. While this new movie seems to have a portable modified carousel, it lacks that other critical element that would really make it Logan's Run.
