My main issue with the volleyball outfits is the fact that the ladies have to constantly adjust to stay comfortable. They don't go a play without pulling their panties up their hips or out of their asscrack. It doesn't make sense.
Fabrizio Rossini, the press officer for the Federation Internationale de Volleyball, said female beach volleyball players have the option of playing in a one-piece uniform, but most prefer the bikinis. The federation is the international governing body for Olympics volleyball.
You have to wear a bathing suit, so for women, the alternative is a one-piece. That is problematic for actually playing the sport.
They do allow them to wear, at their option, spandex shirts and pants if the weather is cold.
BTW, Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings were asked about wearing the bikinis during an interview, and they were both like, "The bikinis happen to be the most comfortable outfit to wear while playing beach volleyball" and "So what if people find it sexy. The human body is sexy."
Yeah, I definitely remember hearing that tidbit before. Still, I think that for the most part people don't put this kind of thing forth as anything new.
True, but the vaulting horse they used back then was much more likely to get you injured than the modern vaulting table. They were hard core back then.

Close the thread, I think we just proved every sport that awards medals for first, second, and third is broken.
