Ha! Now, shelling out the extra cash for that stupid thing may not even get you one thanks to Sony's poor distribution. Twits.

  • Not to mention that early adopters willing to forgo a month's rent/mortgage to purchase one may have a broken machine on their hands after about a week.

    How can Sony fan-boys be so blind? Doesn't anyone remember the European launch of the PS2 when news sites all over the world reported riots in the streets because the consoles didn't work, or the DRE fiasco of 2002-2003 (models SCPH-30001)?
  • I have a friend who preordered one at his local EB. He got the last one of the 8 the store is getting. But he's in NH, so that might not be a great estimate for what each store is getting.

    I mocked him for getting it, but he's basically doing it to sell it on eBay, and if doesn't sell he can just return it.
