More Internet access is always a good thing, but little snippets such as "pairing humanitarian goals with profit motive" bring out the cynic in me. What do you guys think about this?

That's only really true in Western countries, there are still lots of places Facebook doesn't have much traction.

Perfect solution fallacy. For people who absolutely cannot pay for internet, having 100% free access to a small number of websites is better than no access.

True, but if they can afford unlimited access to a few websites then that does beg the question of how limited the bandwidth actually is and if the caps are just to rip people off.

I was gonna say PC Gamer, gives some decent info, but its basically all focused on gaming instead of multi use.

Not too sure that any unbiased sites exist for both, however there are some comprehensive sites for computer parts which aren't bias.
