He wants to crowdfund half a million dollars for Postal 2.
Where the money goes

The money goes all for cocaine for the stars down the nose.

    Supposedly, they closed that program. That's why he's KickStarting.

    Plus, it mainly wasn't him making that money, it was his investors. The problem isn't that he can't make money from it - he gets paid either way, bomb or not - the problem is that without the tax incentive to back the guaranteed bombs, nobody wants to drop their money on it.
