Yep. Just reading chapter 63 pretty much confirms her as the primary female lead.
Her being a 20 meter tall half space monster half human born from his high school rival who was possessed by the intelligence of an insane scientist and the alien clone of his ex-girlfriend.
It's important to note that this was preceded by him walking out of a giant lion head, then wrapping two girls (whose bodies were breaking down to the point of looking like mummies) with the American Flag, giving them an inspirational speech, which instantly bought them around and had them all rosy-cheeked and healthy again.
If there's one thing I've learned from Manga, it's that the power of President Omaha knows no bounds.
Kind of. She's part haunted by him, I think occasionally possessed by him, and partially a big reference to Robert Johnson, who the popular story goes sold his soul to the devil in Louisiana in exchange for skill with the guitar. It's hard to tell from the raws since I don't really read Japanese well. Or in fact, at all.
But still, I've heard of this before and I've been waiting for this for SO LONG.

This comic is amazing.
This manga is about a girl trying to get to school. That is the entire premise, and it is hilarious.
