Stuff I never use so why should I pay for it? But if you got a deal on it, sweet.
If you never use the features, you could probably get away with home basic. Also, you can get the same deal. Just buy the system builders edition on Newegg.
When I upgrade I'll probably have Vista running on one of my desktops so I can flip to it when I need to and keep the main stuff in Linux. That said, maybe VirtualBox will have released the feature that lets you integrate Windows windows seamlessly.
I could go off on a rant about this but until the connection is proved and it isn't just Foxconn being dicks I will withhold judgment.

You have shared folders, full mouse, and network integration. What more do you need? I run a linux host PC that runs my Windows Server guest OS. Works beautifully, I just leave it running for weeks on end.
