I beat Portal and the ending song almost made me man-tear. I even kinda feel bad that I got the game for free, but not really, because I might never have played it otherwise. The game succeeded at getting me slightly attached to a virtual cube. Also, the turrets saying they don't blame me for killing them kinda creeped me out.
I remember a thing of a day video from the show that I watched before I played the game that was the same song or at least the same tune. Does anyone know what I'm talking about/have it handy?
Edit: Holy shit I found a whole episode about the game during my search! Nerdgasm!!!

The first time I listened to the song, I wasn't paying enough attention and thought it was companion cube. It would've been way better if it actually was.
Corey Doctorow on TWIT just said about how great it is when a novel doesn't beat you over the head. I lol'ed hard, it brought me out of a bit of a funk I was in.

That site just reminded me of how fucking awesome "Chalkdust Torture" is. I have a horrible soft spot for jam.

How do you guys think co-op in portal 2 will work out? Four sets of portals? A shared pair?
The whole thing just made me happy.
Old but a classic.
