TOTD: The realization that English speakers aren't the only ones who do fandub openings. Note: While Ranma has an official OP dub, it's an exciting thought.
Yay! One day I'm hoping to be involved in some capacity in an Ode to Kirhito movie. If done properly and given lots of love, it could be an amazing and powerful movie.

Why did they choose TF2 fan creations when there are actual production games where this is a worse problem. Also, isn't TF2 supposed to be a cartoon?
It is more a critique of people making stupid, impractical character designs for the sake of creating a sexual image, and thinking they're clever about it. Also, there is a large group of artists and 'artists' who have taken the all-male cast of TF2 and gender-swapped them, some far more successfully than others.
Ever heard of The Room? Yeah, the Nostalgia Critic did a review of it. Apparently, Tommy Wiseau is a huge dick and is fiercely protective of the copyright of his crappy film. The video that the NC made in response is a glorious thing.

This MIT student did a REALLY good 3D project where she talked about silhouette and character design. This is the best version of female TF2 characters I have seen, because they are not sexy, but very full of character.
"I've heard from reliable sources that during the development they brought together the best console gamers to play mediocre PC gamers at the same game... and guess what happened? They pitted console gamers with their "console" controller, against PC gamers with their keyboard and mouse. The console players got destroyed every time. So much so that it would be embarrassing to the XBOX team in general had Microsoft launched this initiative." -Rahul Sood, VoodooPC
I'm trying to develop a new podcast with some online buddies, and I'm thinking we give ourselves a name that's somewhat TV like, since we talk a lot about TV. I've suggested ones like "No Signal" or "Under Syndication" or "Hazardous Broadcast", but they want to go with "The Podcast Zone" Which I feel is a tad too...lame. Any thoughts?

A hilarious draw-up of character designs and why some are terrible. All you artists will appreciate this.

1940s Sonic: *Old radio voice* Man, those Japs sure know how to swing.
Also, I now really need to see this movie.
