lol, that one was funny mostly because The Picard Song was a super-popular YTMND song. The anime the footage came from was Pani Poni Dash, and it fit well enough to enhance the humour. Like I said, though, most of the big lulz for that vid come from knowing about The Picard Song from YTMND or some related area of the internet.
