    "Tell me what thy lordly name is on the night's Plutonian shore!" is from Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes is, I think, from Juvenal's Satires, and means "Who will watch the watchers themselves?"

    It's credited where I got it from as there, but translated as "Who watches the watchmen?"Which, of course, just gave it away.
