    Once you are ready to deploy, you generally use apache+mod_python. However, you can do it with fastcgi, but it sucks.

    I got paid a decent bit of money recently to update someone's site. All they wanted was for me to upload more pictures and change some text. Not only was it easy, but they think I'm amazing. >_> I don't think I'll ever get that lucky again.
