Yes indeed. I'm fairly disappointed in him for it.
I can see that he is trying to unite based on common ground, and I can understand loving the sinner and hating the sin. That being said, giving a hateful man a VERY public forum and legitimizing him on this scale in not acceptable, and I faxed in a letter saying as much this afternoon. It also calls attention to Obama's weak stance on gay rights. Not a good move in the eyes of any liberal or moderate.
