Chicken fingers. I was all like, "What kind of a chicken has fingers? I thought they had talons. This must be a rare, magical chicken. I'm eating rare, magical chicken!"
These are my favorite sushi thingies. Sea urchin and salmon roe, both with raw quail eggs on top. Those are probably the strangest things I've eaten. Although, I have had to eat a lot of raw herbs, spices, oils and such as part of my chef training that you should never actually eat raw because they taste horrifying (and eating things never intended to be eaten raw and unaccompanied might be considered strange). I'm told it's important to know this sort of thing to be a chef, but my alternative theory is simply that my instructor gets her jollies watching students writhe in food-induced pain.

Blood-and-tongue is pretty weird.
