  • Best news I've ever heard.

    Let's kill those fuckers.
Good, for the next one lets get wasps.

I mean what good are you, Wasp? With your stinging and your not honey making, you're like the ass hole bee.

Is ecology understood well enough to do this? We all hate mosquitoes but, really is this a good thing to do? Don't they carry parasites themselves which would then release it into another species because they don't exist to carry it? Just a weird thought.
Yeah, I understand Sonic's desire to see an end to the pests, but I think that Viga has a very good point. It's hard to believe that a whole species could be taken off the board without at least some adverse consequence. I'd wait until there was a larger consensus in agreement before preparing the mass graves.

Besides, malaria has a special place in my heart. I was once paid about 2300 bucks as a medical research volunteer to allow myself to be stung so that the researchers could see whether I developed malaria. That was a sweet payday.

I'm always sad to see a fatal malady defeated. I really miss smallpox, and I'm inconsolable about tuberculosis. Polio was a good one, too. It wasn't necessarily fatal, but it was a barrel of laughs nonetheless. Doesn't anyone remember The Iron Lung Detective? The best news this year so far has been the return of the bedbug.
