The first episode I was running roughly 65% correct. But the second episode I was way down. I knew the most of the songs but only about 8 of the artists. The ones I did get correctly was only due to singing/humming the song for a few seconds. So, in my opinion, lyric identification: pretty good concept, artist identification: balls (especially with so many songs being remade). If you still want to pursue this theme but with slightly harder yet obtainable answers you might want to change how the questions are phrased. Easy one: "_________ don't want none unless you got buns hun." or "You can do ___ or ____ but please don't lose that ____." Or "this rap video featured a quote from Full Metal Jacket, two large yellow hills, many varieties of fruit, Barbie, and Cosmo magazine."
Jeremy can sub in for me then so I can watch the hand egg game. He's a big Weird Al fan. He's even got a hat that says "Poodle Hat". I don't even know what that is in reference to, until I recently looked it up.
Trying to get some high school science questions in the bag. Send them to atw9k@simplysyndicated.com. Hopefully we can arrange for a certain physicist to be on the show sometime... maybe a special Saturday recording to compensate for the huge time difference? Must remember to raise the idea with the gang.
YOU WILL SEND YOUR STAR WARS QUESTIONS TO atw9k@simplysyndicated.com IN THE NEXT 12 HOURS. THIS HAS BEEN AN EMERGENCY ALERT OF THE "HOLY SHIT, DISNEY JUST BOUGHT LUCASFILM AND ANNOUNCED EPISODE VII" ATOMIC TRIVIA WARNING SYSTEM.
Jason, If there is ANY epsiode I should be on (besides a straight up Disney or Muppet related show), its this episode. I don't care if this adds 5 years to the "Ryan asked about being on the show" tally, it just needs to happen.
PRO-TIP: Asking Jason to be on the show will pretty much put you on the bottom of the list. Unless you are Dave Riley, Jason will just bend over.
HINT: Ask me instead on the sly, but also don't annoy me. I will try ninja you in. I have a list already.
You could also bribe me to edit a recording of you answering all the questions into the show. Not like Jason listens to it before he puts it up anyway
Can you edit me saying random facts about Ub Iwwerks from that episode of Geeknights in as if I'm answering the questions with them? That would be cool.
So I'm curious Jason, what do you do with the questions that are submitted for these theme shows that you don't use on the show? Do you add them to your list of categories to be used in the future, or do you throw them out?
So, I'm thinking of doing a new Bunker Talk episode about Journey. I'm probably shit talking, but man I have all these things that I want to say about the game. Problem is that Kev, Jason, & Omar do not own PS3s. I will have to search for someone else to talk about this game with.
If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.
Edit: Nevermind. I'll gush about it on our end of year Bunker Talk.

I thinking anime or cartoon openers/closers recognition trivia. That would be so much fun.
