Read the Esquire article. He's about as anti-bush as you can get and still have your job. That "Recent press reports . . . " is public relations bullshit very much akin to "I want to spend more time with my family". This is the guy who called your boy Petraeus (who I know you love) an ass-kissing little chikenshit. Sounds pretty anti-Bush.
Expect a pretty strong anti-Bush book to come out by this guy in the near future. The only question is whether it'll be on shelves before or after we go to war with Iran.
Likely just posturing or sabre rattling. With a majority of the public unhappy with Iraq starting a military campaign targeting Iran would only insure a Democratic sweep of the US government.
