    I find it funny that you all think that it's a good thing, isn't disney one of the most militant copyright defenders? I'm guessing there won't be a lot more chad vaders or small series, and all of the other things Lucas didn't really give a fuck about and to my knowledge actually encouraged.

    Disney tends not to mess with the success. They do their best to keep the Muppets intact, and have done nothing to Marvel besides film adaptations. I doubt they'll crack down on Star Wars fandom, since fan works are all that keeps it going anymore.
