I saw Resident Evil: Extinction on Friday with a bunch of my friends.
It was horrible. I expected so much better. First off, it was just your "average" scary movie, not much of a plot, just zombies going "RAWR" and killing people. Second, it seemed to end of on an obvious sequel note, although this was supposed to be the last movie.
I was pretty disappointed. I would have regretted seeing it, although I had an enjoyable time watching my friends scream when the zombies came out.
To be honest, I don't recommend seeing it at all. The only good aspects of the movie were the costumes and actors.
A movie like that is okay to see with friends just so you can either...
1. Make fun of it with them. 2. Watch their reactions and react with them.
Neh. I'll still watch it but I'm not paying 10 bucks at a theater for it. TV or DVD through Netflix for me.
Is it just me or are zombie movies going down in quality? The only two I really hated was Land of the Dead and Return of the Living Dead. The latter is probably the worst 80's movie ever IMO.
