I found this pretty cool. It's a full album that's free to download called 8-bit Jesus. They're 8-bit versions of Christmas Carols all in the theme of classic NES games, like Ryu the Red Nosed Ninja or 8 Days of Robot Masters.
Google Reader suggested I subscribe to Geek Central Station because it's another blog related to geek crafts. I found some pretty awesome creations from there. If I ever learn how to knit, I would try to make awesome things like this.
Local band Defense Breaks Down just signed to Interscope. Regardless of what anyone thinks of them or their music, and to be honest I walked out on their previous show, they really are one of the most hard-working bands in the area and really do deserve it. I'm quite happy for them, and it's not every day that someone you know gets a record deal.
Everyone knows the video with the hands along with the song "harder, faster, better, stronger", but a sequel is now out that raises the bar quite high. He practically wrote all over his entire hand!
