Gan-Kon is a manga where a boy meets a God and wishes for a bride; the God misunderstands and becomes the bride.
They fight reject karate masters.
The series is very ridiculous. It's starts off somewhat shounen-y, but throws that away when the tournament arc starts. Definitely worth checking out if you like dumb things.
Bleach has been "ending" for the last 2 years. Naruto will likely be doing the same.
Strong Female characters has always been a running joke in the manga community because there really aren't many in manga. But I've found one and the story is well told.
What's good about Chang Ge as a character is that she's strong but not flawless. For example, Star Trek's Janeway is sometimes cited as a strong female character but that's because the writers overcompensated for the misogynist backlash against having a female captain by making her always right. This actually had an inverse effect of making Janeway a weak character overall because she's so uninteresting. Chang Ge's entire quest is juvenile and doomed to fail but on some level she acknowledges that and struggles to grasp her own motivations for it. However smart and resourceful she is in the story, the author does a good job of reminding us that she is still a teenage girl.

Initial D just ended too, but that only felt like it took two years. 40+ chapters of a single race that were 99% filler, and then a barbecue that neatly answers a few lingering questions. Talk about a shitty way to go out.
Ryuushika Ryuushika is a manga about a young girl and the weird things that she gets up to. It's basically a more surreal Yotsuba, and it's by Abe of Lain fame.
I just started reading Bartender. It is pretty great.
There's also an anime based on it. You might want to check that out.
I watched the anime back in the day. I mean it was directed by the director of Giant Robo and it was awesome. I never read the manga until now because I wanted to wait until a large portion of it was translated to gorge myself on awesomeness.
So, not too long ago I started a free trial on Crunchyroll to watch something then I realized it was on Amazon Instant Video anyway so I cancelled the free trial. Now they give me a month free of premium so I took it. But I was thinking it would give me access to "unlimited manga" stuff. But I think that is a different one. Also, I was really only interested in Attack on Titan manga and it looks like you can't get it, they only offer a "member discount". Is that really the case? Because if so then I'm just going to cancel again. The only show I'm really watching right now is Attack on Titan and they have all that on Netflix. Also, half the fucking episodes are on hiatus apparently due to licensing issues so Crunchyroll seems kinda useless. I thought they would have the second season episodes too but no dice.

The crunchyroll reader kinda sucks, to be honest. But they do give you access to read back issues online if you're a member with the whole simulpub thing they have going on, I'm just not sure if they extend that to free trial accounts.
If not, then fuck crunchyroll for reasons other than their shitpot flash reader, for once.

So I got really confused. Their branding is such bullshit. So premium is anything above free I think. but they call it an anime membership in some contexts. Also I was going to say fuck it and try the all access and see what happens but it won't let me upgrade with a free account.
I'm under the impression that even if I did have the all access membership I couldn't get the Attack on Titan manga. I would assume they'd say "Hey! Go all access to get this now!" if that was the case but it might just be their shitty marketing. The reason I was curious though was I was thinking pay 11 bucks to read all of the issues is a pretty slick deal, but I don't think that is actually the case.

Nah, they've got three types of membership, not counting the free "membership" - Anime, Manga-only, and All access. All Access would give you the AOT manga, so would the Manga only Subscription, but not the anime subscription. And I strongly suspect their free trials are the Anime-only level.
Also, started reading New Game!, a silly little 4koma about a recent high-school graduate who has been employed in the gaming industry as a Character Artist.

Think of Mulan in a revenge plot with Daoism themes.
It is pretty great.
I am plugin the anime awesome opening song!
