Gimme Shelter. The 100 franc note that Keith used for his coke during the Exile recordings could write a more interesting song than Stevie Nicks. Why'd you pick those two songs?

As you might imagine, I've been in a loop of endless classic rock for background music as I write my Vietnam War game, and those two songs have been slowing drowning out all the others for attention in my mind. I decided enough was enough and it was time for a death battle between the two where only one could emerge supreme.
This was my backup plan after plan "Assign each an M&M and crush them against one another" resulted in mutual failure.
Not gonna lie, thanks to The Americans, I'm gonna say The Chain.
That, and I don't really crush on Gimmie Shelter at all anyway. It's a fine song, for a Stones tune, but there's nothing it has that makes me go "ooh, yeah! Crank that shit up" when it comes on, where The Chain definitely has gotten that response.
Because I got into F1 watching BBC's coverage, which has amazing openings using the Chain, I am absolutely in love with it. I'm also not a huge fan of the Rolling Stones, which probably makes me a bad person, but be that as it may, I vote for the Chain.
Gimme Shelter is the better song, though I personally like The Chain better. I like the instrumental progression more, but the other is better in every other way.
I admit, I am not an Apple fan, but why would someone buy an iPad Pro instead of a Surface or a Surface Pro? I see no advantages unless you're deeply invested in the Apple system.
Because I have a LiveWedge that runs using an iPad app. My iPad broke. I need an iPad.
Because I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud that includes all sorts of iPad-only apps that are amazing.
Because it has the best screen you can get on any device.
Because I can take a photo or video on my fancy camera, send it directly to the iPad using the Panasonic app, then edit it in the Adobe apps, then upload it to the Internet. All wirelessly. Sure a PC can do that. But an iPad can do it while it's sitting in my bag as I bike around the city.
Even though iOS devices are very limiting compared to actual PCs there are actually things they can do that PCs can not do because of the huge ecosystem of apps out there. There is some software and accessory hardware available for iOS that simply isn't available for anything else.
And even though something like Lightroom is way more powerful on the desktop, my desktop only has monitors that are 1920x1200, not 2732×2048.
The major problem with the iPad Pro is the price. At $1000, that's laptop price range. That means I expect it to last 5+ years, like a laptop.
[EDIT]I was challenging Scott in this post, and realized that for some reason the Live Wedge can't be controlled by Windows as best I can tell. My bad.
Since I won that iPad mini in that contest I haven't really used it effectively. I've got Agricola and Hearthstone on it and I let it gather dust.
I'm booked on a training course next month learing to use an Autodesk building modelling program and that comes with access to Autodesk software that I'll use on it.
But I'm lacking imagination for other uses. So what do you use yours for?

Unless you use Live Wedge that's not a problem.
It's just Apple catching up on things so that their users can get the benefits of what others have been enjoying or ignorant of. Also providing a tablet that isn't a consumption device. Microsoft Surface Pro

Unlikely to happen.
Which is insane. Apple hardware seems to have a short shelf life these days.
Well it's intended, they know people in the Apple ecosystem are going to buy the newest shit every year for no other reason than they are told to. Best way to make money is be Evilcorp.
Internetting (especially when traveling), games (especially when on an elliptical), and reading/reference. This is on a 3.5yo iPad 3rd gen. I don't intend to replace it with a newer iPad as long as it's working.
Are electric toothbrushes better than proper brushing with a regular toothbrushes?
When I switched over to electric it was like having the just mouth washed type feeling until I ate something.
Every time I get into a situation where I have to use a manual tooth brush again I don't get as great a clean and end up brushing for longer (whereas I'm done in 2 - 3 minutes with an electric tooth brush).
Downsides are being dependent on Oral B brush heads, however all major supermarkets and pharmacists have stocked them for a long time. My Dentist bills are tiny to the point where it ends up being a quick check up once a year.
Well, a shell stone is quite pretty, the Slate ones are kind of boring, the Boards can be gorgeous! I've got quite a nice floor board with shell and slate stones.

Or worse, depending on your perspective.

All this is probably because I'm lazy lol.
