So, are you going to take into account the difference between platforms for Canabalt? A simple way of achieving this would be to take the highest score ever on both platforms, and see what the ratio is, and apply that to the scorings. (with a 10% or 20% reduction to the multiplier perhaps?). As it currently stands, those who pay $3,- and have a smartphone have a clear advantage over those that do not.

Wait, what? You implying that using non-provided versions of software should be allowed? If there's a difference between versions, the supplied version should be the only allowed one.

You can play any version of the game you like whether it is the free web Flash version, iOS, or Android. Yes, there are slight differences, but they are slight enough to not matter.
As per the official rules as submitted to these forums.
No no, not subtle enough. You just slightly modify the algorithm to make the game easier, then fraps the whole run. Make every building longer and every gap shorter (but still within the limits of the ordinary game), every window at a convenient height, and while you're at it fix it so boxes can't overlap.
I got three whole points, which is really kind of what I was expecting. As long as I can stick to around fifteenth place I'll have to be satisfied, then.
Except you left me in there, and I don't count. I like this open source nature. By making all the data public, at the end we can see what the final scores would be given various different systems and compare them.

I just copied your sheet and threw my scoring at it. It's your fault for shoving yourself in-between everyone else. You're now permanently pointless.
Apreche, you did not list the versions after the scores, or make them available otherwise. You said you might do it, and it's fine if you don't. I just wanted to make sure you did not forget.

Time to hack the free Flash version to make my own (any version allowed) and get TWO BAZILLION POINTS per step.
