I mean, OK, but it feels like trivializing a potentially really terrible situation.
1. Laugh at everything in the appropriate context.
2. I retweeted that photo partly because I expect the association will make it MORE, not less, present in New Yorkers' minds in the event that they actually see the dickfuck.
