Spoiler: A new star wars live Action Tv show, aimed at the Adult market, previously rumored, has been confirmed to be true, and filming in Australia. See the article for more details.
Here is one instance in which Austria is probably superior to most places on the planet:
Every year the national train company has a summer promotion for youths. If you are 25 or younger and are a member of the club (which costs 20€ for the affected age group) you can buy a special ticket which let's you ride all trains throughout Austria for practically the entire summer (this year from July 4th to September 13th). The ticket cost 59€. For comparison, my monthly ticket for my trainride to the university costs me 89€. If you are less than 20 years old, the ticket even only costs you 25€.
I already took advantage of it today with a semi-spontaneous trip to Vienna for some entertainment.
@chaosof99, that's great! Here the government supplies all studying students with a loan which includes either a public transport weekend card, or weekdays card. Free travel in the weekend + vacation or free travel on weekdays and 40% off otherwise. Pretty neat stuff, public transportation incentives.
Warning: The following video will have you discussing the future of onlive advertising to everyone you know, both from an advertisers side and from a technical side.

Also, this is the craziest shit ever (NSFW).
Better thing of the day: Scratch, a documentary about turntablism (fuck you Nineless), is on YouTube in it's entirety. I highly recommend it.

Also Palin is resigning as Governor of Alaska.
