Interestingly enough, I just discovered that if you even attempt to access TPB on my school network (not even to search torrents, just to go there to read the blog), the DNS will not resolve or the connection will time out. The internet browser was invented at UIUC. You think they would show some love for Freedom of Information.
No, I think it's firewalled at the router and not a DNS problem. Tor routing could fix it, but its possible they blocked the protocol. Whatever; just another reason I have my own apartment and a fat pipe from Comcast.
