I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, though. If you really don't intend to come off as jerky as you do, then there's a serious problem with your ability to communicate your intentions. Either that, or you have a serious problem in recognizing your own jerky behavior as being jerky. Still, the end result is that you look like a jerk. When we're presented with that evidence, and in the absence of any sort of mind-reading abilities that function over the Internet, that's the conclusion we draw.
Your English vocabulary isn't really that limited, but I think that perhaps your understanding of communication in English is limited. Communication is quite a bit more complicated than just using the right word; you also have to put words together in such a way that the context of the phrasing conveys meaning beyond the words themselves.
If you're honestly not trying to be a jerk, and it's just happening as a byproduct of English being your second language - which I really don't believe, but I'll accept for the time being - then you need to try to communicate in a simpler and more direct fashion. Use simple English. The sentence constructions and the points you are ostensibly trying to convey are not simple. If your grasp of the language is tenuous, don't try to get fancy with it. Read Simple English Wikipedia articles to get a sense of what I mean. It's not necessarily the words you're using that are problematic; the way in which you are trying to use them is more sophisticated than you can really manage.

Oten when you get more than two kids at once, let alone four, either one of them ends up underdeveloped and dies soon after birth, or the mother has dangerous complications. The fact that it all worked out perfectly is pretty awesome! I'll have photos of the quadruplets all dry and fuzzy looking pretty soon.

Oten when you get more than two kids at once, let alone four, either one of them ends up underdeveloped and dies soon after birth, or the mother has dangerous complications.
