It started with a playful debate about the relative attractiveness of Robert Downey Jr. and Christian Bale, and ended with me making a reference to "I put on my robe and wizard hat", him laughing and asking me out on a date, and an awkward explination of the fact that I'm a straight guy who just likes arguing and Internet memes. I think I made a friend, though.

I don't think that counts as leading on -- it's funny, though. I had a similar thing happen on some site when I accidentally set my profile to "gay".
Maybe not, but the way I referenced that particular meme could have easily been misconstrued as jokingly propositioning him for cyber sex, which I think he did to some extent.

I've been watching this guys videos this morning after being linked to this video on Fark. This guy is fucking crazy stupid but his videos are well put together and he spouts the most far right position I've ever seen :-(
He is correct about the Bible declaring homosexuality a sin under punishment of death, which only goes to show that the Bible and christianity is an immoral bunch of horseshit.
As for Mwanga I find it funny that he neglects to mention that Mwanga had sixteen (16) wives and fathered 11 children. He did engage in homosexual acts with servants though, but the reason he had those catholics burned because he saw catholiticsm as a threat to his power. His appeal to "tradition" he spins out of this is also beyond me. I guess if people in some godforsake place on earth were to go out once each year on a designated day and kill all the irish in the country, that should be tolerated too.
How he can declare it "not a kill gays bill" is also beyond me. Yes, the intent is to stop people from having gay sex, under the THREAT OF DEATH! However, they would in fact hunt the gays down if that bill were passed because it would also make it a crime if anybody knows about other people engaging in homosexual behavior and not report it within 24 hours. It would pretty much make it a GeStaPo state where everybody is supposed to spy on everybody else.
That he's a complete fucking idiot is also apparent that he declares the Nazis a "socialist regime".
Next: The founding fathers and the constitution also supported slavery. Our morality and understanding of fellow humans have evolved since the year 1776. It is really not a good idea to cling to ideals that are more than 200 years old without reevaluating them for their correctness and value in modern times!
Well, it's official. Either my RAM is fucked or my mobo is. I'm not getting the little light that indicates CPU or mobo failure, so I'm staying hopeful that once I get new modules, my computer will work.

She totally understands how I feel and that she sometimes admits that she isn't very vocal about her love like I am. But we came to this understanding that we will love each other no matter what, because of how much we mean to one another. (We talk to each other about every day on just about any topic) But then again, I'm not sure if that means maybe she doesn't look at me romantically, but she does care for me unconditionally. I feel the same, but also that way romantically.
I'm not wrecked or in despair or anything, it's just I'm still unsure how to look at it
After locking up Chrome for the umpteenth time I've disabled plugins to get rid of flash. I've discovered though that despite youtube's HTML5 beta, not all the videos are HTML5.
Improv show afterparty photo of me dancing with a teammate has appeared on Facebook. I have since learned that no matter how tongue-in-cheek your faux dancehall grinding is, the pictures are still just as appallingly embarrassing.
I have it bookmarked so I can track my tag status; it's already been commented on, though, so I think I'm safe for now. In the meantime, I blocked all my family members' access to photos I've been tagged in. Hooray for making privacy settings work for me.
