    Forgot to put a mutex around a shared variable in one place in some multithreaded code I wrote. Just as can be expected, the code worked fine until you really jacked up the load on the system. Oh well, at least the fix was easy.

    So, apparently when we get local admin rights on our workstations, they are removed 90 days later. I'm not sure why. Oh, and they don't tell us they're removed. I've just spent most of a day trying to troubleshoot why I don't have write access to my C: drive, where the code I'm working on is located.

    Also, svn decided to stop working. I think McAfee is scanning each file as it comes in, which is causing svn to timeout. I think.

    Gotdamn.

    Nutnfancy, the youtuber, is going to be on Glenn Beck. While he's a little over the top with his "EDC" and guns and whatnot, I thought he had enough sense to not be on the show of someone THAT crazy. I don't think he necessarily believes all that shit but the fact that he's on the show is pretty bad, regardless of what he believes.

    I asked out a popular guy that I had a crush on in 9th grade. He turned my down, though. I guess I never saw it as a weird thing, but then again I was raised by progressive parents that didn't really stress gender roles all that much.
