I always think that game looks cool but I'm not sure it'll actually be good.
Also Dark Souls is not that bad, Demon's Souls is much more punishing with crazy bullshit. You'll probably start over a couple time in Dark Souls but really you just need to pick a class and know what you're going to do with the class. The easiest class to start with is Pyromancer and just stack him with dex or whatever helps his pyro skills. Then kinda spec him to magic weapon or other such weapon and get good at dodging (unless you're lame and want a dumb shield, good luck) and you're good to go.
Sorcerer is probably easier than Pyro cause you start w/ 30 Soul Arrows per rest and a better shield. Also there's no stat that increases Pyromancy spells, you can only increase damage by upgrading the Pyro Hand thing. But yeah get good at dodging and also backstabbing.

Ah yeah I forgot you need to upgrade with souls, I ended up dumping souls into dex for weapon usage at first. Chaos spells will scale with humanity but that's not relevant to the stats. The good thing though is that its basically free magic with no cost to wasting levels with stats and on top of that it can be really powerful at higher levels of the pyro flame even for lower level characters.

Depends on the airline and section. In my totally anecdotal experience, foreign airlines are more likely to have them than American ones, but even American ones usually have them in first class (unless you're flying Delta).
...You fly first class? Do American airlines have affordable first class prices? Here, it's like 20 bucks for a economy seat vs 3000 bucks for a first class seat. I think the main difference is they get a dedicated router.
So Xcom, Far Cry 3 and Blood Dragon are on sale. Kinda been wanting to play all of them, but I don't have need for more big games right now, so I might just leave them for now and get them when they go on sale for the next time.
But still, seems so be good offers for anyone who cares.

Not frequently, but it happens. Usually it'll be because of a promotion, or coach is overbooked but there are open seats in first class or somesuch. The only time I'vee flown first class and paid for it was my trip out to San Diego last summer.
And where are you flying to/from that you're paying 20 bucks for an economy seat?
I used to fly a lot by myself from about ~5 years old to ~15 years old. Before I hit puberty, the flight attendants would often stick me up in the first class seats, and keep giving me cookies and stuff. It was pretty awesome. Three hours of quiet, comfy seat, infinite cookies and soda, Pokemon Blue? I used to love flying.
Then I hit puberty and everyone hated me forever, and I never flew first class again.
Thinking about getting the DLC for Civ 5. I love the game but at the same time I don't like it. This will sound stupid, but the problem with Civ 5 for me is that it lets you save anytime. I like to save often and if something bad happens like I lose a big fight or my city gets captured I always reload to an earlier time. The result is the game gets incredibly boring very fast because there's no more challenge and I never lose. If I don't constantly reload the game, it also becomes unfun when I start losing and I get bored as well.
This is also the case for other games like xcom. A flaw in these games imo.
I just don't fundamentally understand the complaint.
"Hey, when I reload after knowing what the AI is going to do, I always win that's not fun. If I don't do that I lose. This game sucks"
Think about other TBS games like Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, etc. Those games let you save only when you need to take a break, not to abuse an unintended "save-state" mechanic. If those games let you save and reload whenever you want, it could be argued that it would make the game less fun and be a flaw in design. This is why I don't have fun for very long in X-com or Civ games.
Again, I know this is just me and I said that it will sound stupid because it is, but that is my problem with it.

"Well, then don't do that, then"
"If only it were that easy..."
