Definitely sounds do-able though. You'd probably want to randomize the times between clicks so that it doesn't appear automated but that's nothing, really. If you're actually planning on doing it, look for a more evil-looking ad network to help you sleep at night.
I don't have a botnet to try this with, just an interesting idea I had that I wondered if someone else had attempted. Edit: Looks like someone did, but they missed the key element of actually owning the sites (and thus receiving the ad money) in question.

Are you sure they weren't being paid by the sites that were targeted or by the advertising company themselves?
So I was sitting around randomly and came up with a joke. It's not very funny. It's a question joke so I'm putting it here. What's the difference between exterminators and programmers? Programmers squash more bugs.
You are still not addressing my question. I already looked at what is upcoming and there is next to nothing in the northeast until next year (let alone within 100 miles of NYC) the few that i do see (Niagara, Rochester) are cons I have never heard of that I can not find attendance information for to see if they might be worth my time.
You're kind of late in convention season by now, so there's not too much left. Now that you've missed PAX, AB, and Connecticon, the last major convention this year is NYCC. And yes, you'll totally be able to get your StreetPass on at NYCC.
I could have gathered more at CTCon, but with the four new games it takes a LONG time just to cycle through 10 new people. I was working. I only cycled it maybe 5 times.
I did too but with the ten mii limit I only did puzzle swap and warrior way. With warrior way I only had them join me and didn't fight. I also did not always do warrior way because I had just purchased it and didn't realize how it is essentially a convention game.
I want to finish all the puzzles and Find Mii 2 so I never have to do them again.
The shmup game is actually not so great. It's a mediocre shmup, and it pauses every time you get a power-up. The benefits of getting lots of street passes in this game is basically nil compared to the other games.
The gardening game is really good, but is a long haul game. There is way too much going on. You really need to get it started at home, then go to a convention afterwards. If you have nothing to do but grow new plants, you can cycle people through really quickly. If you are upgrading your garden, forget about it.
Warrior's Way is great. Best usage of the Street Pass.
The ghost mansion game is also a fun game, but not so good for street pass. You can't quickly cycle through the people. You have to slowly think about the optimal way to place pieces. I do love the explore via Tetris mechanic, but I don't like the combat.

The problem with that is that they keep adding puzzles to the lineup, as soon as I got back from CTcon I got a new puzzle -_-
Now I am 2 away from 100%, also you need to play find mii 2 multiple times to explore the paths and get all the things, and if you really care about hats keep on going above that.
My first three zones were small. Fourth one was 30K yet fifth was back under 20K.
What I have learned is that when units are the same (rock vs rock) whichever force is larger always wins. When they are not the same I think you have to be at least double the opposing side (or half if reversed) to win a bad matchup.
What I found interesting was the number of miis I was meeting multiple times. I think it was people I encountered at ConnectiCon last year and anime Boston this year.
Woooooo. Doc put me on a short course of prednisone following an allergy attack. I feel great, but I seem to have lost the ability to concentrate on anything for more than about 2 minutes at a time.
Anybody have any suggestions on how to work around that? I'm not used to being on anything and it's really rattling my cage, so to speak.

Seriously.
Is Ryu-Kon any good?
Sadly no one seemed to have the new puzzles.

I have four of the five new puzzles, only 2 of the pink pieces
I think we might go to the Nintendo World store this weekend. As long as the systems in the store are updated I might get the missing pink panels.
Also the systems in the store must be packed with miis so warrior way should get a boost. Right now I have 24K troops but the next zone has 50K.
Also got 95% of Pink pieces at Anime Boston, 4% via the 3DS hullabaloo, 1% from random person at concert.
