Approve cutting through an engorged penis would be easy, don't know how sharp the knife was, with surgery you're always dealing with a very sharp scalpel.

I feel this raises questions that I don't really want to know the answer to.

Penile surgery is sometimes and emergency procedure on stud dogs, bulls, rams and horses. I personally haven't done much of the large animal stuff and never had to do any surgery on tomcats.
  • Superman is supposed to be ludicrously invincible and all, but could he take a punch from Onepunch-man?
  • Superman is supposed to be ludicrously invincible and all, but could he take a punch from Onepunch-man?

No. One punch man would defeat Superman in one punch.

No. One punch man would defeat Superman in one punch.

The only things that can not be defeated by One Punch Man are things that can not be punched.
  • How do you spell sounds like 'freesong'. Listening to audio book and Google search isn't helping.
  • Why does anyone give a fuck or act surprised about Michael Brown? This stuff has been going down on a daily basis forever and no one cared at all, so what's special about this?

Straw that broke the camel's back.

The camel's back has been broken though. This whole thing just feels like the internet collectively complaining weakly for a second then patting each other on the back about how much better they are than everybody else.
  • I don't think the previous incidents resulted in a bunch of poorly trained soldier of fortune wannabes going on anti-riot duty.

The same type of idiots were on anti-riot duty, they just didn't have all the equipment police have now. It's not like police in LA or Benton Harbor wouldn't have done the exact same things that are being done in Ferguson if they could have.

Which is what made this event different.

  • Want to move out of expensive Connecticut. Trying to figure out where in the US (sadly, gotta stay in the US) there's a decent intersection of low cost of living, high IT (not embedded, etc) job availability, and LGBT friendliness. Seems an impossible combination. NC is really attractive on 2 out of 3 axes. Where we live currently and maybe CA are attractive on different pairs. Nowhere seems to have all 3 in reasonable degrees.
  • Move to NYC. The cost of living is high, but the pay is also high, so it works out.
  • While cost of living is high in Seattle, the surrounding areas aren't as bad.

Boston's fairly OK, honestly. Look in places like Chelsea, Charlestown, etc. that used to be bad but are now on an upswing.
  • Best places to get IT or any tech job are NY, Seattle, and SF Bay Area. Also generally LGBT friendly, but none of them are necessarily cheap. NY and Seattle better financially than SF. Seattle moreso than NY mostly based on size.
  • Plus Seattle has PAX
  • As does Boston.
  • Real PAX :P

Not looking for urban. Suburban Boston does not strike me as cheap. RTP in NC would be perfect if not for the winger insanity tainted politics and, you know, racism.

Will check it out though. Worth a look since I haven't. We're not really looking for apartment living or renting generally.

  • Atlanta and Austin might be worth looking at. I'm not sure about the IT job market but both should meet your other specifications.
  • Yeah I was going to mention Austin but no one wants to live in Texas.
  • Are there any tabletop RPGs out there that have stealth mechanics which aren't total garbage?
  • Are there any decent CPU Meters/clocks that aren't the default Windows 7 gadgets? I know I can google, but what can I trust that is not full of crap?

Speccy. Or are you looking for something that's like, This % of cpu used right now? In that case, either the Task Manager, or SpeedFan.

Austin isn't so bad. It's really diverse to be honest.

Yes, but it's surrounded on all four sides by Texas.
  • Yeah I can't really argue with that unfortunately. But hey it's only an hour drive from South PAX that's got to count for something.
