I also dislike the book's form factor, but it is a carryover from the predecessor Mechaton: Giant Fighty Robots, which I also own. I have nowhere to put LEGO.
Also Buddy & Me is so close to their goal with a lil' over a day left!
I got the hoodie, now I just need to find the right color. I think I am gonna go for the royal purple, or the navy. I am not sure weather to get the small or extra small, I am gonna need a measuring tape for this one.

I think it's a ploy to have the spine peek out on the shelf and get more wandering eyes. I also found a box of all my old LEGOs when I visited CA last month. Going to get my dad to ship it to me, though I'm not sure if it'll fit in my apartment.
They need just a little bit more support over the next 6 days for the stretch goal of mobile versions (iPad, Android, Ouya) on top of the PC game.
They also seem to be quite far in development, judging from the videos they put out. If all goes well, the game might be released at the end of this year already. Looking forward to it!
The Video Game Years is a show in the vein of the "I love the [insert year here]" where it talks about video games. They already went from 1977 to 1980 and are looking to continue to 1990 with this campaign.
Anyone who has kids, or has young nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors, etc, and who wants to introduce them to the wonderful hobby of roleplaying, of using their imaginations, and telling stories, and using dice, should check out Adventure Maximus. It's a roleplaying game designed to be run, and played by kids, and is a great introduction to roleplaying. Check it out!

Fuck that, *I* want to play that.
Having playtested the game, I can assure you, Pete, that playing Adventure Maximus is just as fun and awesome as you think it is.
I pledged at the $10 level, although I'm thinking their offering of a random drawing w/ the $10k pledge level is gonna cause the project to get pulled unless they fix it. Luckily, you can just delete reward tiers if they have zero backers, so they can easily replace the $10k. It's not as bad a problem as most who fuck up w/ that rule, where they can't get 500 people to pull their pledges so they can change the wording.
Also, $150 for a pinny arcade pin? I thought that thing was kinda silly to begin with, now it just seems insane.
I gotta say that was one of my favourite podcasts to work to; those guys are just so interesting to listen to when discussing comics. I regret not having saved them to a hard drive when I had the chance.
I'm happy for PA DLC, but they don't need my money.
I'm in for Anamanaguchi, but just for the album which I was going to buy anyway. I do love how ridiculously excited they are about it. I'm seeing them in concert at the end of the month!
I think Torchbearer is awesome, but I simply don't play RPGs enough to warrant the cost. I've got Mouse Guard, Burning Wheel, Freemarket, etc. all collecting a bit of dust.
I am in, however, on the Road Rash Kickstarter. Seriously loved Road Rash 2 as a kid, and they're putting it out for Wii U w/ a $17 pledge. I love Road Rash, and there are no good new games on Wii U. Win-win.
I loved the Spider-Man 2 game and this game looks pretty cool, but I'm not sure what to think about that $1 goal and his justification for it.
(also, A+ to that guy's shirt)
I've been following this on Screenshot Saturday. The sudden jump in quality from those to this kickstarter is pretty astonishing.
I am not down with the 1 dollar goal so much, though. I hope this trend doesn't catch on. It's basically a way to make sure you get the money, and if you could do it for 1 dollar, you don't need Kickstarter.

KICKED SO HARD
Goal already met. :P

I could go for another video game documentary.

Of course I'm in for Torchbearer.
Tenra Bansho Zero is shipping!
