  • The 2nd season for SAO is set in a modern setting and guns are used instead of swords. The stakes are not as high. Some players have figured out a way to kill other players in game. And there is an investigation underway in which Kirito is recruited.
  • So season one is the Matrix and season two is Matrix Revolutions?
  • Just finished "Love Lab". It's funny, but not "bust a gut" funny. A good slice of life.
  • Finished Kill La Kill the other week. It was great! Didn't so much like the fights near the end as they got a bit "power level exceeds yours" but aside from that...

Mankanshoku, wow, she was constantly making me laugh!
  • Finished Tonari No Seki-Kun. That show was adorable.

I finished watching the first season of Selector Infected WIXOSS, and I think it was a good watch.

It really reminded me of Madoka, so if you guys liked it's dark twist in a apparently harmless theme, this one should but up your alley, but this time around it's CCGs.

  • I am enjoying Free! Eternal Summer as all my favorite characters are shirtless a lot more this season.
  • Just caught up on the Kill la Kill OVA. Is it mandatory viewing? I'd say no, but it is more kill la kill. Therefore, it's probably better than whatever you're watching right now, so just go watch it.
  • Finally seeing Steins;Gate.
  • Watching Psycho Pass while I run on a treadmill It's pretty good so far.
  • Watching Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun, it's hilarious.
  • More people should watch Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure.

    Why? Because is awesome!
  • Finally got around to watching Steins Gate. Without spoiling the show does the ending do the story justice or am I watching an animated version of Lost?
  • The end of the story is fine. It's only one season (if I remember correctly) so it would have to work hard to get to the levels of Lost.
But it's good and whatever issues I have with the show, they were not from the end of it.
  • I had issues with the end, but that's just because I hated certain characters who were the only ones who got happy endings.
  • I have the English dub on because of other ppl watching with me and so far I am impressed with the voice acting. I do wonder how many of the coliqualisms were changed from the source material to match an American audience.
  • Monthly Girls Nozaki-Kun has been the only anime to consistently make me physically laugh probably since Full Metal Panic Fumoffu.
  • Finished Steins;Gate last night... My god did they do time travel well! Great characters and I fealt that they did a superb job showing the stress related to time travel and the impact on the human psyche when faced with horrible choices and the powerlessness associated with fixed points in time that can not be changed.

I need never watch another time travel anime ever again.
  • I was reading a review of Gundam build fighter(I watch bad shows; it's been scientifically proven) when it hit me: why aren't they doing a real world version of this?

Not only could they bring a Gundam build fighters game to market with current-gen technology, this is well tread ground; Skylanders/Disney Infinity is a thing.

    Make it happen, Japan.

You talkin' about the Star Trek reference?

    That is one of them.

  • Terra Formers: all the sex and gore.
Lord Marksman and Vanadis: not sure yet but I'll keep up on it.
Rage of Bahamut: Love the art. Interesting start.

Aaaaand I just found a new anime to watch.
  • I haven't watched Yowapedal today, but judging from some screenshots on Twitter we're finally going to see Midousuji's backstory.

    The feels!
  • The new Fate Stay/Night show is solid. The designs and art are great, and the story is actually coherent! Definitely one of my favorite shows so far, right up there with Parasyte the maxim.
  • Irregular at Magic High School.
  • I'm just about to finish the first Slayers series, and I've also been watching Yuki Yuna is a Hero as its been put on CrunchyRoll.
  • Started watching World Trigger.
  • Finally got around to watching Madoka (I know late to the party). That is a quality show.
