Anyway, a few days ago I thought I didn't like death metal, but then I listened to Nile. Holy goddamn shit this band is awesome. Those Whom the Gods Detest makes me want to fly to Egypt and punch a sphinx in the FACE. Where can I get more music like this?

I'd try Mediafire, unless you want some suggestions, in which case I can provide. Nile was how I got into death metal too.
Also, "makes me want to fly to Egypt and punch a sphinx in the FACE" is the best metal reaction I've ever read.
Napoleon's soldiers were using it for cannon target practice?
Also - This Never happened. There are records that exist of the sphinx without it's nose hundreds of years before Napoleon was born. They have texts that tell us that it was it was an act of iconoclastic vandalism from the 1300s.
If you liked Those Whom the Gods Detest, you should get your hands on Annihilation of the Wicked. Those are pretty much Nile's two strongest albums ever. Personally, I love the entire catalog, though their first album is probably their weakest. Black Seeds of Vengeance is really where they started to come into their own.
On a related note, I've heard that Immolation's latest album is quite fantastic. They played a song from it when I saw them live, and I do remember it being quite good. Has anyone heard anything from it?

Metal enough for you?
YES.

-Cryptopsy (Try "Open Face Surgery")
-Necrophagist (listen to "Stabwound")
-Death
-Atheist
-Brain Drill
See if any of those work, we can go from there. Also, listen to a few songs by each, because styles can shift over time.
If you want bands of similar intensity, check out Immolation, Suffocation, Behemoth, and Belphegor.

Also, Abigail Williams. And you'd probably like Satyricon.
