A local theater company in New Haven is performing Arthur Miller's excellent play, The Crucible very soon and I am a stage-hand in it. Previously I signed up to do some camera work for my tv station because I would get extra pay. Not only were many of the people I went to high school with in it (since they were in Drama Club which I was a part of as well. I switched between filming and being a stage-hand) but they did an excellent job. I was pretty much stunned when they did 4.5 star performances of Arsenic and Old Lace, Bye Bye Birdy, Antigone, and West Side Story (in that order) and I offered to help them in any way I can because I was so inspired by their performances. The funny thing was that the theater company had seen those performances and offered to do souped up professional versions of those plays and they were eager to do so and damn were those good shows. It also helped me grow as a filmmaker as well. I signed up mostly because I had never heard of The Crucible before and when I learned about it, it just fascinated me and sounds awesome.
After about a year and a half away from CS, my skills are pretty much intact. I still managed the across map head shots and also pulled off an amazing 180 turn jump and while in mid air head shot. Ah almost forgot how much fun lanning could be.
No, not really. It really depends on individual circumstances, wants, and needs.
Yeah. Other than Emily's family, I have no friends, relations, job prospects, or really anything in Rochester. It's far away from every convention I attend or would want to attend except Tora-con. With the Internet, I don't even need Millennium anymore.
Exactly, for you it holds next-to-nothing. For others it does offer friends, family, job opportunities, and reasonable access to other hobbies/interests/entertainments.
www.quelsolaar.com/alpha. When you create an account use "WaterIsPoison" as your refferer so we get on the same server and free time.
Will do. 3 euros for 30 days seems reasonable (Even for an alpha product.). It seems the Alpha runs in Wine ok so my odds are pretty good and it's only 3 euros.
Are there many jobs in Rochester? There certainly aren't tech prospects, what with the constant flood of RIT co-ops and graduates.
There most certainly are job opportunities. I can't speak about tech jobs since I haven't looked, but there are a lot more available jobs in Rochester than there are in Albany, if for no other reason than Rochester is a larger city.

I'm betting that's not saying much ^_^ (sorry had to) trolling for fun.
