Think about this. Let's say you have AT&T; U-Verse, which includes ESPN3. Yet, you never watch it. Now you're forced to pay something you don't use! Bullshit again.
Then you can get a different ISP.
By the way, I just checked and my ISP is affiliated with ESPN3. :P
Huh, didn't realize/forgot about the net neutrality bit. Still I figure if you can get it from a legit source without more effort, I can't be bothered to care. The South Africa/Uruguay game is looking good, been an interesting match so far despite nothing spectacular happening.

As has been said, there's no 'net neutrality' issue here, only Apreche. An ISP offers a package that already includes a subscription which you would otherwise have to sign up separately. There's no case of discrimination, only a case of choice, and maybe Apreche doesn't like that he has to make a choice.
I don't think it's the Vuvuzela itself that is funny anymore. It's the cleverness of the wide variety of jokes people come up with. Because we have the full audio/video power of a computer, there are so many different ways to make a Vuvuzela joke, it can continue to be hilarious for a very long time.
