I was playing about with the GTA 4 expansion The lost and Damned today, and yeah, these dudes are laid back, but I didn't know how laid back till I saw this.
Seriously, dude was just standing there, chilling. I thought he was one of my guys for a bit, since he was just standing, not shooting or anything.
Basically, in Austria (and I guess several other countries) it is not allowed for you to wear hats on photographs for official documents, such as passports or drivers licenses. There is however an exception for religious headware, such as for example jewish Kippahs, if they do not obstruct the face. So this guy called himself a pastafarian and submitted a photograph with him wearing a colander in order to parody and show up this cowtowing to religion. However, it took him two years, and also a visit to a medical officer, to get it approved. And thus, a colander is now officially recognized in Austria as religious headgear.

Sorry, that this is german, but I guess you can google-translate it.
Should parents lose custody of obese children?
I'm not glad that kids are fat, but I'm glad that this is getting some attention.
