Very weird. I like the rat queen though (Amalia?) Jon DiFool wallows in his ineffectiveness a little too much though. He has too many "Why do things never go my way! I'm angry!" moments for me to really sympathize with him. Of course his venal imperfections and human temper was kind of a big point in the story, so...
Scott watching 1 or 2 key/good episodes of some real life shows and he can give his opinion.
Startrek TNG Firefly Babylon 5
Game club - much like how book club is its own show now, make game club the same. Let us know in advance what game to play (preferably one that is easy to get hold of) and then review it.
Predictions - make a show based on where you predict certain technologies will end up, and if you can predict any NEW technologies. Are computers going to end up "dumb" aka tablets? Where are smart phones heading?
How we got OUT of it. If you ever had a family or started to settle down, what would you give up, and in what order? If anything? Are you borderline or getting bored of anything right now?
Also, have you actually done a show on portable/phone gaming? No specific game in particular, but perhaps if that sort of gaming, especially for older/busy people will it replace other types, ie console gaming? Is the iPad all you need if you don't play a lot of games anymore?
Getting into coding - If someone wanted to learn to code, how do you start? What should you do first? What should you download? What books or types or learning methodologies would you recommend?
Thursday shows they don't need. It's Mondays that are always a bother to come up with. Gaming and anime are also not a problem. Also, your idea:

Refer to episode GeekNights 20110110 - The Death of the Personal Computer This is exactly that topic.

Nothing. They won't give stuff up unless they tire of it themselves. I hate to see someone give up their hobbies because they have "settled down" according to societal definitions. They give up some things to devote time to others, but only of their own volition. There really isn't all that much to say on "getting out of it."

Emily spent the better part of last night bashing ideas against the wall of Scott's indifference. I kind of want to talk about the Space Program in a generalized way, but Scott wasn't as much the space geek as I was in my younger days.
Can you talk about how awesome you are and how you make so much money, please? I love that part of every show, and it would be great to get a full episode of nothing but!
Hey Luke, can we get more photo-blogs about how you travel everywhere, love your job, and have sex all the time? It really contributes a lot to the forum.

Actually, the two shows you were on were good, why not make Thursdays open to guests? *Gasp*, a guest on Geeknights? I know.. But it could work.
I often hear "we should get him on the show" or "We should interview him".
Rym already made clear what his thoughts were: meet peeps at conventions.
I suppose he could go more in depth as to what the social graces for dating at a convention are. Like, since most people are already with a crew at a convention, how does the first approach get made? Do you break from your crew and try to extract other person from his or her crew? Do you try to mesh the two crews together and steal away with the person in the chaos that ensues? This is very tricky stuff here.

Tablets, Mac app store, app stores in general, then locking down what can be installed...
It's quite possible in the scarily near future that the household computing device is quite simply, dumb.
Just throwing ideas out really, they sound like they need some Thursdays shows.

There is your Thursday show right there.
Line em up.
There might already be a show on this, but I did a quick search, so I don't think there is...
