  • I've been re-downloading a lot of music (didn't back up iPod, it got stolen, etc.), and remembered how much I love this song by Z-Ro:

Just started Larry Niven's "Lucifers hammer", about 4 hours in. The narrator is good.

How have I never heard this song before? Oh yeah, I never played megaman. Well,This song is now in my "Time to kick ass/Panning shot of me running while scowling" playlist.
    The comments are equally awesome.
this song has been banned in funeral homes, they could not stop the corpses from head banging
This song is so beast, Van Helsing rose up from the grave and rocked out on the bass while Dracula played lead guitar. Darth Vader showed up and was the drummer, and Luke was the keyboardist. Then Kamina showed up and sang lead vocals while the Anti-Spirals ran sound and light checks yelling, "INTERESTING."

The preceding was so manly, the world imploded as it had divided by 0 while aliens came to know you never, ever, fuck with mankind. In the immortal words of queen, "WE WILL ROCK YOU."

  • =O You never played Mega Man?! You should get it on Wii VC or download them ROMs (or get Mega Man 9 on the current gen consoles).
Oh, and if you haven't already, listen to the rest of that album you linked to. It's great.

I grew up on Sega. Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Dreamcast 2, Sega- Wait a tic, Somewhere along the line I started hallucinating...
  • In that album, there's a song with music from Cheetahmen II on Mega Drive if you're interested... =P

---Probably the weakest song on the album =P

The Beards have me convinced. A biologist needs a beard.
  • You have begun your journey on the path of enlightenment.
  • This is an amazing cover of a mediocre song.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. They have a similar up-beat kind of mood to them.

I'm laughing at myself for doubting the potential quality of this album.
  • I'm not, I think there was every reason to doubt the potential quality of this album.

    Nancy whiskey
Reminds me of down here, where we have Bush dances. Which are essentially just Céilidhs, but with more booze and moderately faster music.

Hunted down one of my favorites at the appropriate tempo - Those impatient to get into it, forward to about 1:34, if you get it right, you should see the singer spit his fag out, while the other three guitarists keep theirs. Including the guy who is singing backup. -

It normally has much stronger drums than that, though, a more defined beat. But you do what you can.

I almost forgot, Americans tend to be less good with accents, so here's a version with more easily understood lyrics. Same band, same song, album version, just skip to about 45 seconds.

Not that this is a problem.
