Pharrell Williams' Happy is likely the first song I have lost a literal day to.

That song is on loop on my bike stereo.
  • Why did nobody tell me that there's a version of "Movin' Right Along" performed by Alkaline Trio?
  • Because that and the Ok Go "Muppet Show Theme" were the only good cuts off that album.

This album has had me stuck the whole day.

  • While you are waiting for Crayon Pop to come back next week, tide yourself over with some Orange Caramel. They have always had a great visual style with meh songs. They have better visuals than ever, and now their song isn't bad.

  • This music video is kinda dumb but this band is pretty cool. I thought this was some ditzy pop band at first but the lead singer really is the main highlight.

  • And now Crayon Pop is back.

  • Gaslight Anthem, further proving that NJ is the music capital of America since whenever.
  • Fuckin' spitfireliar.

  • What would you call the music in this? Disregard the lyrics, I'm looking for more music with this type of sound. I'm talking the main melody.

(Yes, it's funny. One of the guys is egoraptor.)

  • I've been stuck on this band for a while. I love the singer's voice (they've had a couple of other singers, but their songs and voices were not as good imo), and the playing is power metal to perfection. I've also been on a big Bon Jovi kick lately.

  • No one should be surprised by what I've been listening to.

  • First, I saw the latest Newsletter.

    Then:
  • 50 years later, The Animals are still awesome and unique.

  • Not sure I approve. Can we take it to a vote?
  • On heavy rotation recently:

Antirockstars by Betontod (a non-political german punk band)
Down Side Up by Old Man Markley (punk rock played on blue grass instruments)
    Dirty Rice by Mad Caddies
Are We Not Men? We Are Diva! by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes
The Middle of Nowhere by Adam Warrock (Nerdcore hop hop)
    Welfare Problems by Randy
Partycrasher by A Wilhelm Scream (Melodic Hardcore)
Incongruent by Hank Green & The Perfect Strangers
  • It's a Talking Heads-day.

  • Are these both the same song? You tell me.

  • Been looking for inspiration for some folk punkier songs. As such, I've been listening to lots of Pat The Bunny Schneeweiss.
  • Seems like nobody cared, but the answer was "yes"

  • Stop what you are doing and listen right now

  • Really feeling Metric right now
  • It's summer, so f(x) is back. They are promoting this song. It's not so hot.

The thing is, their album also has this song. Why aren't they promoting this one? When an album gets released, who chooses which track is the single? Let the fans tell you which one is the best, because you just chose wrong.
