The area between my spine and right shoulder blade just started hurting like hell and I have no idea what the fuck is going on. The pain is borderline intolerable.
I had that same kind of thing happen to me in class before. I was stretching and I accidentally pulled something and was in agony for the rest of the day. If you're lucky it'll feel better in the morning but yeah if it's not better soon, then get it checked out.
Yeah, sometimes I get really sudden, severe pain where my neck meets my shoulder, like I've just been stabbed, and it disappears immediately. Seriously disorienting when I'm driving.
Here's a twofer. I think it is more optimistic to think that we live in the worst of all possible worlds than that we live in the best of all possible worlds.
When future generations look back on our society they will wonder who Amanda Hugandkiss was and why her name was so prolific.
Kenshiro is widely considered to have been around 25, from what I understand.
We can still be Century End Saviors, dudes!

If the worst possible world is one with a nation of people who are way too fat run by politicians running on the platform of apathy and fearmongering, then I hope the Buddhists are right about this cycle of rebirth. I can't wait to enter the world where all drugs are legal and sex is used like a handshake and wars are settled by rap battles.
If you have any interest in Journalism(and you should), then you should be watching Media Watch. It's short, and it's weekly, you can get it as a video podcast or watch it directly on the site. It's the one show I almost never miss, no matter where I am or what I'm doing.
While researching a bug involving direct I/O (i.e. O_DIRECT on the open(2) syscall), I found this choice quote from Linus:
The thing that has always disturbed me about O_DIRECT is that the whole interface is just stupid, and was probably designed by a deranged monkey on some serious mind-controlling substances.
I just wrote the sentence "You begin vomiting uncontrollably" as part of game mechanics.
Please write Transmet's Bowel Disruptor into Hardboiled. Please.
Done. Weirdly enough, the moment I wrote the vomiting result (it's one of the possible results if you overuse painkillers, others include "cardiac arrest" and "violent seizure") I immediately popped over the weapon file and wrote a sonic gun that induced vomiting.
Wait for me to finish my Radio Production degree. I'll have interned at a radio station, learned all the technology there, and would thus be able to run whatever radio station is in Detroit. We DO need radio, after all...
