    NPR's Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me returned to the subject of ponies by asking three trivia questions about MLP:FIM to some guy. I forgot his name.
    There's also the following segment in which the host briefly asks one of their former interns about this phenomenon. Every little counts, I suppose.

    NPR's Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me returned to the subject of ponies by asking three trivia questions about MLP:FIM to some guy. I forgot his name.
    My guess is that someone at NPR (probably an intern) is a brony and has been pushing them towards ponies.

    EDIT: Though if that were the case, I think he/she would probably have announced himself/herself to the pony world, so maybe not.

    What annoys me most of about this show is how the opening theme seems to be about 3 times the volume of the rest of the show. I'm trying to watch this discreetly damn it.

    My guess is that someone at NPR (probably an intern) is a brony and has been pushing them towards ponies.
    After Clinton they do a very short interview of a previous show intern who is also a brony. He also posted some comments on Equestria Daily.
