Interesting; it feels like the general attitude behind the language for rant portion of the Japanese version of "Giggle at the Ghosty" is decidedly less aggressive. Of course, it could simply be the translation from Japanese to English. Any fluent Japanese speakers care to weight in?
Watched the Top Ten Videos of March. It's odd, I think I love all the videos before the obvious #1 and #2. The Vinyl/OC animation, another JanAnimations production, Derp She Is, and those incredible pony music videos were amazing. How in the world did Ink fly under the radar?
Also, I think good ol' Digibrony covers some of my opinions on Snowdrop and Double Rainboom the best. It's interesting how the words used to deliver and hype up Double Rainboom were the most detrimental thing about it, since I think people would have appreciated it better if it were advertised more as a parody than a true episode.

I think the subtitles make it look strange since they are so direct, but I actually love this version of the song more than the English version. Perhaps it's because the original doesn't have as much production as normal MLP songs do. It has a better flow and sing-songy quality here.
The season 3 finale had her flying pretty well though, so this is kinda discontinuous. I guess I'll just attribute that to a romantic take because of its musical nature.
Maybe the fancy crown and such that she was wearing imparts the knowledge of flight while it's worn? (I know I'm reaching, I just want this down in case they end up using that non-explanation.)
I'll admit to wanting to see Twilight and Scootaloo race to be the first to fly, though. If only because I harbor an irrational hate for that scooter and want to see Scootaloo learn to fly and ditch the stupid thing. /fanboy

You know she can't right? That is her character...she is handi-capibile.
Celestia and Filthy Rich were great, but Luna needs some serious coaching, and there was a reason why I didn't cast Eileen as Rarity when she auditioned for the MLP Game I was working with.
But the concept and writing was very good. That part I enjoyed greatly.

Absolutely agreed on all parts. Double checked to see if the role, at that was the same Luna from "Snowdrop." (Which I didn't enjoy...) And that Rarity sounded more piercing rather than poised.
While I am all for this sort of interpretations on fan works, like the fallout equestria one, trying to shoehorn in a sort of fan representation of celestia and her motives in such and in your face way is almost repellent to me. There's a reason I dont read fanfics beyond background characters, and this is just like a person going up to me and then screaming his fanfiction on how Celestia and Luna supposedly is in my face.
Made worse by the fact this was somehow important enough for a post on EQD. Ugh.
Anything with moderately good production values that could be related to MLP or the fandom gets posted on EQD. It would be more surprising if that wasn't.

how do you post images in vanilla instead of my lame lil link?

Unlike the opening and ending, this isn't as good as the English version, but it's still pretty well done.
Also, this:
