OK, so a couple of Finnish students decide to make a parody of B5 and Star Trek: StarWreck (dailymotion). The thing is though, these guys weren't ordinary college shit talkers, and they produced a very high quality feature length film. The films site has lots of info and even some making of documentaries. They also offer torrents with subtitles.
My thing of the day, though, is not StarWreck, as it is already about three years old. My thing of the day is their new film: Iron Sky. I'll let the teaser speak for itself:
Handsome Furs, a side project of Wolf Parade's Dan Boeckner and his wife Alexei Perry. I downloaded their debut album Plague Park yesterday and listened to it today. It's fantastic.
$100 bucks per person....I've seen my friend eat there and have to say it is not enough.
Hmmm...there's an all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ restaurant near me that I ate at once a long time ago. I have to say that the feeling of being completely stuffed almost entirely with meat is very different from being completely stuffed normally.
Didn't realize it was only in California and NY until I looked it up.
Pinkberry is an upscale chain of frozen dessert restaurants headquartered in Los Angeles, California. There are currently 36 stores, mostly located in Southern California with seven in New York City.
The company was founded in January 2005 by Korean Americans Shelly Hwang and Young Lee. The tart, frozen dessert has a groupie-like following who sometimes refer to it as "Crackberry". The company which acknowledges its cult-like following by maintaining a "groupie corner" on its website. When the company was the subject of an American Express commercial for a new "Plum Card" aimed at mid-sized business owners in 2007, the commercial stated that "it's amazing how in just three years.
Pinkberry, a new company which was overcome all the odds and become one of the most craved or the most craved ice cream chain in the greater Los Angeles area. Ben and Jerry's, Baskin-Robbins, and even Fosters Freeze now have a challenge to staying the monarchs of the American Ice-cream phenomenon. Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, founders of Ben and Jerry's, who were both born and raised in the USA, created their ice cream chain 30 years ago in 1977. And now that Pinkberry® their sales in the greater Los Angeles area have gone down from previous years.
But it's really fucking bad for you and totally artificial, even though they make claims of it's healthfulness.
The Pinkberry jingle heard on their website is sung by the 80's musician Tigra, from L'Trimm. Apparently in response to a recent lawsuit against Pinkberry claiming that Pinkberry's product is not "real yogurt", Pinkberry removed all lyrics to this jingle on their website except for the words "Pinkberry", which repeats over and over again at the chorus.
The unproven health benefits attributed to yogurt that were previously posted on the walls of Pinkberry (e.g., cures colon cancer, fights yeast infections) have been recently removed.
Originally marketed as frozen yogurt, Pinkberry has recently faced complaints that its product does not meet the California Department of Food and Agriculture's definition of frozen yogurt because it does not contain the necessary amount of bacterial cultures per ounce. The Los Angeles Times sent samples of Pinkberry's product to a lab and revealed that Pinkberry did contain active yogurt cultures, but it does not contain the minimum amount of culture to call itself frozen yogurt, according to California state law. According to the Los Angeles Times, Pinkberry's product had only 69,000 bacterial cultures per gram, compared to 200,000 for Baskin-Robbins.

Well, I know where I'm eating when I go to Dragon*Con this year.
And the only thing better than all-you-can-eat steak is all-you-can-eat steak wrapped in bacon. Oh, wait, they have that too.
Ok, so I will help keep us in the proper place in the food-chain. If it weren't for vegetarians and vegans, I wouldn't have to eat so many tasty animals to maintain the status quo.

They also have chicken covered in bacon...someone is reading my mind! Also I would love it if someone would make a video about everything they eat at this place and how much it would have really cost. Also just image Scrym coming to this place...they might never leave.
Don't worry it doesn't have anything to do with hoe's.It's about some bullshit investigation about the murder of a horse.I think it's a wate of money and time.
Also, if anybody could tell me what the part that starts with 9:50 left is from.
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. The Hare Hare Yukai theme.
What else was in there? I could identify the few Suzumiya songs, Bokurano theme, Lucky Star theme, Mario theme, a song from Air (though that was due to the text passing). EDIT: Almost all songs are listed (in English) in this comment.
