Finntroll, Ensiferum, Rotten Sound and Barren Earth are coming to my town in just a few days. I have just enough money in my pocket for tickets, gas, and a new pair of earplugs. It'll take the hounds of hell to keep me from attending this show (or sold out tickets).
That show was awesome. It's a shame you didn't see all of Finntroll, because they were just as great. I'm pretty sure I'd have to be relatively drunk to enjoy some of the opening bands, though.
There's gonna be a two-day music festival not twenty minutes from my house. Lineup includes Weezer, Snoop, Coheed and Cambria, Edward Sharpe, The New Pornographers, Titus Andronicus, and Dan Deacon. Fuck to the power of yes.
Just got back from an awesome show with three CA bands, Cataldo, Pepper Rabbit, with Miniature Tigers headlining. As far as coming concerts, definitely seeing Coheed and Cambria in May, and my friends may convince me to see Cut/Copy in a couple weeks. I've never really heard any of their stuff, but from what I'm listening to right now, it's pretty good and similar to what I just heard tonight.
I'm really debating this one concert in Vienna, VA, mostly because it's 15 bucks and the Gregory Brothers will be there with like, 5 other people. But I'm curious if it would be wrong or hipsterish if I see them without knowing most of their true music. Plus, it'd be a 4 hour drive, back and forth.
It appears I am going on a concert binge this month, first off Symphony X is playing at the Troc on the 21st (22nd in NYC for related members) which is nedcore metal set that includes Powerglove. The same Powerglove that people in the PAX forums were bummed when they missed out on it, my wallet is going to hate me...
Edit: It appears it is going to be a real metal show tickets can be found on the cheap here.
Also Too Many Games is shortly thereafter which consist of many bands that I already mentioned in the appropriate thread.
My ears are going to be hugging my noise canceling headphones really hard if I go to these.
Seeing Coheed and Cambria tonight! Also, in exactly one month, Friendly Fires. I get the feeling that this year will be the first one where I really get into going to shows that aren't my friends.

I'm skipping Lolla this year, probably; I've been really disappointed with the announcements thus far.
EDIT: Lots of "probably" up in this bitch.

Although, I generally forget/don't care to wear earplugs anyway, but if you're going to do it, do it right.
Allman Brothers
Widespread Panic
Ween
STS9
Big Gigantic
... and a shit-ton more. I'm so excited.
