MC Lars is way better than the last time I listened to him. His flow actually flows now. Is his other new-ish shit this good?
I'm not going to lie, MC Lars is all sorts of lame most of the time. His first album has a few catchy tracks, but most of the second album just plain sucks. And yet, I like it despite the fact that I know it sucks. So I really do not know if I recommend him, but this track is on his fourthcoming album, so maybe check it out when it comes out.
I first heard this song when I was maybe 13 or 14 after downloading a screensaver from a very light porno site (the stuff there would have been mild for a pg-13 movie). The song played whenever the screensaver started. The porno site is gone, but I occasionally visit the archive of it's goodies section on internet archive just to re-download the screensaver. I'm not sure if it works with Win7, though.
Goodies section, just in case you wanna get the Screensaver yourself.
Some of their other music I discovered over the years. Now that I've been exposed to more hip-hop, their style reminds me a lot of Shing02 and Nujabes.
Goblin was definitely worth the wait. Swag levels off the fucking charts. Although, there's a few weak tracks. The title track and Radicals are lacking.
Amoeblog: What about Deltron 3030; anything in the future?
Del: I'm working on the new Deltron Event II with Automator now. I was just in the studio and we've got about six songs laid so we ain't got more to lay.
Hey guys, I heard that The White Stripes are good, so I went to the music store and bought "Get Behind me Satan." Haven't listened to it, but do we have any White Stripes fans in the house?
Edit: Fuck! Which thread am I in!? I thought I was in the "What music are you listening to" thread.

If you have good taste in music then you like The White Stripes, but liking The White Stripes does not mean you have good taste in music. Clearly both of your musical tastes are sub-par at best.
Truly, hip-hop artists of the 21st Century could benefit greatly from the tutelage of Black Dave.
EDIT: Hilarious old Dirty South rap and album covers aside, new Deltron Event II news! Del is now going by the name "Deltron Osiris" for the album, which is now going to be titled "Event II: Planet of the Hard-Headed Holograms." Source.

This is the kind of music that is so good that I want to save money to spend on it.
Pete almost sounds like a really chilled out ODB now.

Also, everyone is saying how bad Radicals is, but I don't really mind it.
I really want to see B. Dolan live.

EDIT: Except that's not really hip-hop.
